Solution 4: Updating QuickBooks to latest maintenance release. 

  • Go to the QuickBooks tab in the help menu of QuickBooks. 
  • In the update windows, make a click on the Update now tab. 
  • Get the updates downloaded by clicking on Get updates. 
  • Restart your system.
